At Out The Gate Streetwear, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods (product drops, sales, holidays) processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Out The Gate Streetwear cannot guarantee rerouting or replacement.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the item.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur.

Out The Gate Streetwear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors, but we will assist in contacting the courier to help resolve any issues.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.


7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
